When I got there everybody was super friendly and helpful from the guys working in the yard, the shuttle driver (Shirley) and Anna who helped me when I got inside. They drove me to work in the shuttle right away so I did not miss any time at work. Called me to explain everything that needed to be done and things that I should keep my eye on but that could wait. Sent another car to pick me up when it was ready. Again, very friendly service and two different people told me how much they appreciated my business. More

Amazing deal and service I arrived at 10am picked my vehicle. From there I recieved a fantastic price. Financing was done immediately. I was plated and on the road by 1pm. Back on road! I recently purchased an older model Chrysler...not from Ontario Chrysler but a private sale. I was on my way home this past week and had the oil light I recently purchased an older model Chrysler...not from Ontario Chrysler but a private sale. I was on my way home this past week and had the oil light come on. I was going to ignore it until I got home but didn't. Good job I didn't as I had an oil leak and was losing oil. I saw the men in service who explained what was going on and what I could do. Glad I went in...could have been a bad drive home. More

I Can't Imagine Having a Better Car Buying Experience! I had been searching for a used vehicle casually for about a year. It was generally a bad experience involving a lot of disinterested, pushy, shady ch I had been searching for a used vehicle casually for about a year. It was generally a bad experience involving a lot of disinterested, pushy, shady characters until I called Mickey Hena. From the first phone call he was kind, direct and professional. I REALLY appreciated that he wasn't pushy, he answered my million questions without ever getting irritated and I didn't detect an ounce of 'used car salesman'. I saw the car, took it for a test drive and decided to buy it. It was so easy!! I was treated with respect throughout the whole process by Mickey, his Manager and everyone I had interactions with even though the vehicle I bought is likely the least expensive they'll sell in 2017. The price was competitive and the vehicle was like new. I had an issue with insurance and Mickey gave me his office for an hour so I could sort it out. I could not recommend Mickey and Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram any higher. Thank you! More
