Low tire pressure I suspected I needed my tire pressure adjusted since one tire was lower than the others. When I arrived, Anthony immediately called a mechanic over an I suspected I needed my tire pressure adjusted since one tire was lower than the others. When I arrived, Anthony immediately called a mechanic over and noticed there was a nail in my tire. The tire was repaired and I was in and out in less than half an hour. I have owned 4 Jeeps over the past 15 years, all purchased and serviced at Ontario Chrysler. Would highly recommend them. More

Horrible I live in Mississauga too, I work for an insurance company and I had received a call from a mutual client who need the insurance asap, they did not ha I live in Mississauga too, I work for an insurance company and I had received a call from a mutual client who need the insurance asap, they did not have the lien holder on hand and I did not know the name of the salesperson who had the financing information for the client. First of all , when Usman got the call from me he COMPLAINED about how finance kept getting paged from the front desk, not my problem, I had to call 3 times prior and got hung up on and got a voicemail twice!!!! Second of all, if you have an urgent request and you COMPLAIN that your system is down, not my problem either, you get it from someone who is available then! get of your high rocker sir! Third, you do not get to say go get the customer to look for a sales agreement and find out who the sales person was and call us back, Fourth, you are someone who couldn't care less I will make sure to see who else I can escalate this too, hopefully Jeep and whoever I can get a hold of, never in my life have I ever faced such bad service from a dealership. Just cause I am at an insurance company does not give you the right to treat others like that More

LOUSY WORKMANSHIP I purchased my 2011 Dodge Charger RT used in the summer of 2016 at Team Chrysler in Mississauga. Car was in great shape and was well worth the money p I purchased my 2011 Dodge Charger RT used in the summer of 2016 at Team Chrysler in Mississauga. Car was in great shape and was well worth the money paid. I was offered a Rust Protection warranty for 5 years which seemed like a good idea at the time. Just over a year later I unfortunately found rust on the doglegs on both sides of the vehicle which is in between the back door and the rear wheel. I felt fortunate that I had purchased this coverage. Team Chrysler said to bring it to Ontario Chrysler as they take care of this type of bodywork. I requested to have the rubber shield strips replaced because they were caked with rust. It was explained to me by advisor 2214 that these can be cleaned up and re-used, It was also explained to me that this was an on going issue with the Charger to get rust in this area. I was told it would be fixed and I wouldn't have to worry about it anymore. Less than a year after this repair I noticed some bubbling paint in this area, I pulled the rubber strips off to find the rust in worse condition than before the repair. I brought the car back to Ontario Chrysler and after a lengthy conversation with Advisor 2214 at the shop was told that now they would fix the issue permanently. I was told to wait until the panels came in and they would call to book an appointment to do this work, No one ever called. Here we are in 2019 still dealing with this same issue. For the past month I've been initiating contact with this same advisor who postpones the repairs each week with a different excuse (no loaner car at this time, understaffed, he will be on holidays and would like to be there to oversee the work). If this work was done right the first time we wouldn't be in this predicament. In hindsight, I should have not taken the "warranty" and given that money to a reputable bodyshop that does the job right the first time. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated that I have to chase these people down and then trust that they will do the work properly (that's even more stressful). Feels like a game where the goal is to run you around in circles till your warranty expires. More
