Nailed It!!! Made my experience better! Mike Todd, Service Advisor, did a fantastic job explaining the issue on my 2011 Ford Fusion and going the extra mile to talk to Ford about any warrant Mike Todd, Service Advisor, did a fantastic job explaining the issue on my 2011 Ford Fusion and going the extra mile to talk to Ford about any warranty responsibility as well as reviewing the previous repair to ensure that the right diagnostic steps were taken. I greatly appreciate Mike's efforts to make this repair experience a good as possible. I will recommend Northstar Ford Calgary's service department to everyone! I would however also like to express my dissatisfaction with Ford Motor Company for not offering any assistance for the repair of a power transfer unit on a 2011 Ford Fusion Sport model (top of the line at the time) with less than 76,000kms...only because the five year warranty period had expired. Please pass along these comments to Ford...I will not purchase another Ford, ever! You do not want to stand behind your vehicles, I do not need to own any of your vehicles! More

This was the first oil change on my vehicle, and Fiona was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process of the oil change for my Ford Explorer. This was the first oil change on my vehicle, and the entire process was absolutely without any problem. I also had my winter tires taken off and summer ones put on. She advised me to return in 100 km to have them retorqued. It was a pretty minor service appointment, but it sure put me at ease knowing how complete a service will be in the future. More
