On Time and Helpful I continue to use this location/dealership as they can fit me in within a few days. They also complete the work on the scheduled day. Usually requires a second trip due to non-Ford extended warranty but I don't mind since I know it takes time and Northstar is pleasant to deal with plus it takes up additional time by the Service Adviser.
