Took my truck in for service because 4x4 stoped working, was told it was going to be 100 $ to do the scan of my truck, end up paying 497 $ and was told I need new transfer case that was 3790 $ installed !!! was told it was going to be 100 $ to do the scan of my truck, end up paying 497 $ and was told I need new transfer case that was 3790 $ installed !!! End up taking somewhere else where they told me tcase was fine and end up paying 509 $ for encoder motor now truck runs like new ! More

Stopped in for a test drive - bought a vehicle. I have only dealt with the sales department and really only with Joe. Joe was a no pressure, easy going, not overly friendly, just a guy with a job to do b only dealt with the sales department and really only with Joe. Not usually so lucky being a woman buying a car but was treated with respect and made sure to address myself and not my husband as I was the purchaser. Had a small part failed on the car as soon as I got it and got a loaner right away and got the car fixed. Joe was very apoligetic with regards to this problem and seemed to actually care that it did not go as it should have. Did not have to play the "I have to go check with my manager" game. I believe that this is an insult to both the customer and the salesman. This was my first time at this dealership and it was great. More
