I’ve been out of a vehicle thinking the problem is being fixed when it’s only been sitting in the parking lot. If the service contact was honest from the beginning then I could have made the choice but instead set unrealistic expectations. I will never bring my vehicle here again. #Worst service More

Awesome Expirience Since I’m from outta town most of our dealings were thru emails texts etc ... the staff did everything the could to make sure I would drive away with Since I’m from outta town most of our dealings were thru emails texts etc ... the staff did everything the could to make sure I would drive away with the car I picked ... they were all amazing ... when I came to pick up the car it was outside the main doors I was welcomed when I got there ... I came a week late cause of a bodybuilding competition but was cool even the staff I didn’t deal with were all curious how I did ... it just wasn’t about selling me a car ... I definitely recommend this dealership and when the time comes I’ll be back !!!! More

Pulled me away from my Jeep. I wanted to make mention of my experience with Northgate, and in particular the salesman I worked with, Jim McEwen. Although at one point the deal w I wanted to make mention of my experience with Northgate, and in particular the salesman I worked with, Jim McEwen. Although at one point the deal was in fact off, we kept at it and managed to overcome the issues. I just turned 5000km’s on my new Sierra, and I am overall very happy with the product and the service from Northgate. Jim was very easy going, no pressure, and accommodating. Be sure of what you want and clear of your expectations, and Jim and Josh will deliver. More
