I can't recall a single complaint or issue during the 12 or so years since I first walked through the doors. I've dealt with Jace Cooper in relation to my last two vehicles and she's great. She responds to every call or email quickly. She knows her stuff. She's really pleasant to deal with. And she volunteers information and details before I even ask. I don't often need to deal with Jace between purchases, but when I do she's as responsive as when I'm shopping for a vehicle, which is often rare in her industry. She's really great. Kristina Wong has dealt with me the last few times I've been in. I have not yet had a single bump in the road or annoyance through any of my dealings with her. She too really knows her stuff, understands the products and makes things easy. I place a very high value on these processes being hassle free and the dealer doing the work that needs to be done in advance so that I don't have to do anything more than review a few documents and sign my name. That is always my experience with Kristina. Mike Maric in service is who I deal with most frequently given I speak with him about service, tire changes, etc. Sticking with my theme about valuing efficiency and a job well done, Mike is the man. He's ridiculously good at his job. I quite literally speak of the service at MB at least once a month, typically when a friend or colleague is complaining about the service elsewhere. The cars are great and I love them, but the service is what has sealed the deal on me sticking with MB London and not seriously debating anywhere else. I hadn't met Joe Huigenbos until my most recent visit. He could not be friendlier and his passion for the vehicle I drove out in was genuine and obvious. We talked at length about his thoughts on the vehicle, what he liked best, what I might enjoy but not notice, etc. I'm not sure how he managed to make me more excited to get in driver seat than I already was, but he did. These people are very good at what they do. I highly recommend them. More

Toni replied promptly and provided all the information I was looking for. Toni even took the time, to do a personalized video of the vehicle, I was looking at. When it came to going into Mercedes Benz London and meet with Toni, I was warmly welcomed. Toni provided a sales experience next to none. I continued this excellent experience right through to the Financial Services Office, where I was introduced to Kristina Wong. It was a pleasure having Kristina assisted me through the paperwork. I must say Kristina was thorough and efficient in providing me with all the information and assistance to finalize my purchase. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz London and the two pleasant and professional representative of the company, I worked with. I dont know what people are doing around the country with cars and dont care, but being asked ridiculous questions an given third degree with each question I felt like the sales person was waiting for me to leave . Almost an appearance on their face as if they do not trust us or we were some high profile thief trying to get the car. As a doctor I did not feel the professional behaviour was apparent, not happy very hurt to know that the money I work so hard for in this country means nothing. I am definitely not going to put my money where I am not respected and I will make sure any and all colleagues of mine do not arrive here for a purchase. Dr. Rizvi More
