He was courteous, friendly, patient and full of knowledge of the vehicles that I was interested in. Never did he make us feel rushed. Absolutely not pushy. Mikes service, will definitely bring me back to the London dealership. I love my 2012 Mercedes GLK. Its an amazing vehicle. Still learning all of its capabilities, and will be calling Mike soon with a few questions !
