A grossly INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST service department. Alex the service rep said they could replace a burned out light bulb in my B200. They couldn't even manage to do it, so they made up a lie that the M Alex the service rep said they could replace a burned out light bulb in my B200. They couldn't even manage to do it, so they made up a lie that the Mercedes bulb i provided was the wrong one and that they need a to start a work order to charge ridiculous fee to install a light bulb. When I said the mechanic was lying and to prove it to me by showing me the old bulb they didn't want to do that. I said to bring my car back out to me. When I asked Alex what happened he said he misunderstood. BOTTOM LINE. ..He got caught lying. He admitted to me it was not a wrong bulb I provided. Bottom line their own Mercedes mechanic is so incompetent he couldn't install a simple light bulb into a Mercedes Benz B200. Avoid this dishonest service department and dealership altogether. They are out to fleece the flock. They never did replace the bulb. More

We have been dealing with Mike Robinson for a few years now and every time he continues to amaze us. When we had an offer from a different dealer, Mike was able to work with us and match it as London is a now and every time he continues to amaze us. When we had an offer from a different dealer, Mike was able to work with us and match it as London is a much closer dealership to us than Toronto.
