A grossly INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST service department. Alex the service rep said they could replace a burned out light bulb in my B200. They couldn't even manage to do it, so they made up a lie that the M Alex the service rep said they could replace a burned out light bulb in my B200. They couldn't even manage to do it, so they made up a lie that the Mercedes bulb i provided was the wrong one and that they need a to start a work order to charge ridiculous fee to install a light bulb. When I said the mechanic was lying and to prove it to me by showing me the old bulb they didn't want to do that. I said to bring my car back out to me. When I asked Alex what happened he said he misunderstood. BOTTOM LINE. ..He got caught lying. He admitted to me it was not a wrong bulb I provided. Bottom line their own Mercedes mechanic is so incompetent he couldn't install a simple light bulb into a Mercedes Benz B200. Avoid this dishonest service department and dealership altogether. They are out to fleece the flock. They never did replace the bulb. More
