I initially had a complaint on this dealership but it is now being rectified. I was promised this will take a week to finalize so I have withdrawn my complaint. Joemel, the Service Manager has shown he can now being rectified. I was promised this will take a week to finalize so I have withdrawn my complaint. Joemel, the Service Manager has shown he can deal with difficult situations even when a third party is involved and to make things right. Constantly trying to upcharge. Went in for a service package and had a charge of around $20 on top of it. Asked what it was and was told "shop supplies", rags, brake cleaner, etc. I said shouldn't that package and had a charge of around $20 on top of it. Asked what it was and was told "shop supplies", rags, brake cleaner, etc. I said shouldn't that be part of the price of the package?? Also, was not informed there would be extra BS charges. Will not return on principle. Was it worth milking the extra $20 out of me? More
