Regular check and oil change etc. I receive a great greeting and even tough I was a bit early they took me in and started paper work etc. I was offered a loaner as it was a 2 - 1/2 hou I receive a great greeting and even tough I was a bit early they took me in and started paper work etc. I was offered a loaner as it was a 2 - 1/2 hour appointment but i declined. They have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee and cereal bars so that is wonderful. The best surprise was a top up of gas which was a first and greatly appreciated. More

We also greatly appreciate the loaner car while our vehicle is being serviced. It is especially helpful because we live over an hour from the dealership and need to be able to get some things done while the car is in for service. We have had our Lexus for two years and thanks to the quality of the car and the quality of the dealership we have thoroughly enjoyed our vehicle. More
