Excellent Care We have been dealing with the Lexus Family of London for nearly 20 years during which time I have owned 2 Lexus Sedans. My husband took the car for an oil change this time so I am not certain with whom he dealt during his visit, but he remarked that they we're all very courteous and eager to please. Another reason we have kept our current Lexus is because it hasn't given us an ounce of trouble and we really didn't care for the design change in Grille after 2012. When I called the reception put me through to sales. Kevin in sales asked if he could assist me and I explained what we had heard. He had not heard this and said he would see if service could help me. A minute or two later he came back on and indicated this dealership was not aware of this and did not have these to give out. He indicated that some clients had ordered them on line and had them mailed to their homes. I thanked him for looking into it for me. More
