Very disapointed . Expected my service to take 'about an hour' I arrived early, as I know scheduling can be a problem. I am 90 years old and only able to walk with the help of 2 walking sticks. I was helped to my chair so I wouldn't slip on the polished showroom floor and also helped to my car so I wouldn't slip on the f 2 walking sticks.
