She provided hybrid and non-hybrid models for test drive, explained the pros and cons, and helped me to make the best decision. Lisa always responded quickly when I had questions and was just so extremely helpful throughout the entire process. A very straightforward and non-pressure purchasing experience. Jillian Cook was very professional, friendly and helpful in explaining all the details and process, and went out of her way to respond to experience.
