Not enough staff. Was unable to look inside any car as I had not booked an appointment. My options were wait until a sales person became available ( could be several hours), make an appointment for later in the week, or leave my phone number for someone to call me back ( not sure how they could show me inside and take the two cars I was looking at for a ride) on the phone. As a faithful customer of this dealership for the past 6 years, this was extremely disappointing to be treated this way! They certainly take your money, but service isn’t their strong suit! Not impressed! Would think twice about buying and getting service done here! More
