The service department is top rated! The waiting area is fantastic. The only reason I didn’t rate Lexus of London a 5 star is the sales process. A year ago I bought my 3rd Lexus. I prearranged test drives and had to test drive dirty vehicles that were the sales people’s personal vehicles. I don’t think I made the best choice in purchasing a vehicle and I am a bit disappointed More
