My husband and I were looking at trading in our 2001 Lexus is300 within the next few months or so. We were not in a rush, but thought we should maybe start looking to see what's out there. So when it came time for us to upgrade to a newer vehicle again, All we knew is we really trusted and wanted to deal with John Willits again! I started looking on autotrader.ca so i could see some car options to talk to john about, then I noticed a used Mazda 3 at lexus of london. I called John just to inquire on maybe trading my older Lexus in on the Mazda. John was very prompt with getting back to me with a deal my husband and I could not refuse! I convinced my husband that we really need to go see and test drive the Mazda. John had me very excited about the car and the only day we could test drive it was the day John happened to be out of town. John reassured us he would put us in the great hands of his coworker Matt Granger and that Matt would take great care of us! Matt was extremely professional and very easy to talk too! So much so that we signed the deal with Matt that day! :-) my husband and I felt no pushyness From Matt. He was just a genuine honest and nice guy! When it came time to pick up The car matt was organized and had everything ready to go for us! Car was full of gas and the car was absolutely immaculate inside and outside! We both agree that John Willits and Matt Granger are both excellent to deal with they both are honest guys that take pride in what they do! we will definitely be recommending both of them to all our family and friends! :-) More

In the summer of 2012, when my Ford Escape braked down I decided to go with Toyota. I had pretty good deal worked out with Toyota in London Ont. for FJ Cruiser. Went in to have a tire repaired on my IS250. While waiting talked to AJ about getting on a list for my 'dream car' the IS250 convertible (used). There happened to be one that had just come in and sinc waiting talked to AJ about getting on a list for my 'dream car' the IS250 convertible (used). There happened to be one that had just come in and since my tire wasn't ready I agreed to take it for a test drive. So long story short I traded my 2007 IS250 for my dream car, an IS250 convertible! Since I bought it in December, I am very much looking forward to the good weather to put that roof down and enjoy it! Both of the lexus cars I have had so far have been the best drive I've enjoyed. I've had it into the service department for a few hiccups and they have been more than accommodating and are a wonderful staff to deal with. I'm trying to talk my husband into buying a Lexus now. More
