It was a real pleasure to deal with Matt Granger on the purchase of our 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. Matt was very knowledgeable with a detailed and low-key explanation of the vehicle with no pressure at all after our test drive and thanked us for coming to have a look at the car. We decided very quickly that we wanted to purchase the vehicle and my wife, Donna, met with Matt the day after our test drive and worked out a deal that was no hassle and smooth from start to finish. She remarked to me afterwards that she believes it is the smoothest and least stressful auto purchase that she has ever been involved with. The car was in pristine condition, safetied and e-tested upon delivery with all the necessary paperwork completed and ready for our signatures. Approximately one year ago we purchased our first Lexus product- a 2012 RX 350. It has been a very enjoyable experience both from a purchase and customer service standpoint. Recently we moved and I have been unsuccessful in programming the Lexus Homelink feature to operate my automatic garage door opener. I contacted Lexus of London to explain the problem, and I was connected to Mat Granger, a sales representative. Mat very patiently explained how the programming is normally done, and when we were still unable to get the function to work, he did some digging on the internet and sent me a link to some specific instructions that appear to be somewhat different than is described in the owners manual. I look forward to working through these instructions and hopefully can contact Matt with good news that the programming was successful. Both my wife and I were very impressed that Mat (although not the salesperson I bought the vehicle from) went out of his way to help us with this process, and even offered to arrange for a Lexus manager to drop by the house sometime to help solve this issue. The service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable and the dealership provides a complimentary car wash with every service( they do a good job too!). To make a long story short I no longer needed my RX400h so decided to trade it in. Generally I take a long time to decide on what model to select and what options to include. This time was no different. I was advised by Mat that a GS350 was traded in with very low kms so I took the opportunity to test drive it a couple of times. Anyhow time got away from me and a month went by. It was hard to believe that this GS was still on the lot but I was still flipping between the RX, ES and GS. Finally I went home and made the decision to purchase the GS. Murphy's Law it was sold when I called back in 10 mins! I could not believe it! Obviously I was upset. As luck would have it I was contacted about a month later and advised that a brand new black on black F Sport was now in stock. I first looked it over and then took it for a couple test drives. Mat was very patient and took the time to explain all the many options. This time I did not wait to close the deal. Mat worked hard for me to close the deal and I want to thank him for persevering.
