Renewing my lease Like many of us we have a very full life and knowing my lease was coming up for renewal, was just one more thing to add to the, "to do" list. Sue was able to very quickly gauge what I needed and equally as important what I didn't need. She provided me with just enough information without overwhelming me. It was obvious to me that she knew her stuff. The high level of customer service to ensure all customers have a positive experience has been mastered at the dealership. Outstanding I did my research on the vehicle I wanted, and that was a Lexus RX350.
