OUTSTANDING DEALER AND AMAZING STAFF!! I have been to many dealerships, and let me just say that, Lexus of London blows every other one out of the water!! The atmosphere upon entering the dealership was different. The staff were warm and welcoming and genuinely interested in helping me, but not in a pushy sort of manner which you get from most other dealerships. I had driven 2.5 hours all the way from Toronto to meet with Sue regarding a 2013 used vehicle purchase. Upon arriving, Sue greeted me with a big smile and had all the paper work ready in her office. The used car was already brought out to the front and all cleaned up and ready for me to see. I was amazed at Sue's efficiency and dedication to her job! Sue was also kind enough to deliver my vehicle to me personally!! She drove all the way from London to Toronto with her driver Bill, no hesitation or questions asked. Upon meeting the driver Bill for the first time, he too greeted me with a big smile and seemed to love what he does. Everything I asked for upon delivery of the car was done PLUS MORE!! Honestly, trust and loyalty are three words to sum up my experience with Lexus of London and more in particular, Sue. Thank you guys for this great experience! More

After driving an RX350, our decision was made. On Sunday November 8th I inquired online to Lexus of London about a pre owned 2012 they had listed hoping to get a response sometime that week. I received an email that very same Sunday evening from Stephanie Shearsby. We were very impressed by the prompt response from this very special sales advisor. By the time I got back to her, that particular vehicle had been sold. Ten days later I received another Email from Stephanie telling us they just got another 2012 RX350 in that we really should see. There were no photos yet online so she texted me some photos from her phone. She then offered to meet us at the dealership the next day to show us this vehicle which was a Friday and her scheduled day off! Who does that? Talk about customer service! Friday did not work for us so we made the trip to London on Saturday morning. From the moment We walked into the dealership, we felt comfortable and welcome. After checking out the latest models in their showroom we finally got to meet the woman behind the emails and texts and what a pleasure it was! Stephanie knows the product she sells and then some. She is a consummate professional in every way, patient, down to earth and honest as was everyone else we dealt with at Lexus of London. The RX350 was a beauty just as she described. Nicest we've seen! She was even able to get us a better deal than expected. Stephanie and her team at Lexus of London went above and beyond to prepare this vehicle for us and took the time to show us how all the features and options worked before we left. The service advisors greeted me by name and had Lexus of London recently installed my winter tires and performed maintenance service on my RX 350. The service advisors greeted me by name and had my cars information at their fingertips, advised me of what the work fees would be and provided a loaner vehicle. When the work on my vehicle was completed I was promptly notified to this effect. All paper work was ready for me on arrival and quickly processed. I out of the service dept. in about fifteen minutes. Impressive service well done. More

I came to the dealership in September and test drove the 2015 Lexus NX200 and immediately fell in love with the car, but fell more in love with her! I ended up with a 2016 NX200 and even changed my mind on the pkg of my car, and Sue was absolutely supportive and helped me pick and customize my dream car. LOVE HER!!!! She is a dream to work with, answered all my questions from gas mileage, to specs on the car, to financing. She treated me with respect, and was available via email and phone whenever I needed her and went above any beyond. I couldn't have picked a better place and person to purchase a car from. The staff at Lexus should be honoured to have a hard working and client-oriented member on their team. We had a few set backs with the delivery due to my work and travel schedule, and she was so accommodating! She stayed late for me and made me feel special every time I walked into the dealership.
