My first visit to Lexus of London was to fix a faulty window. While fixing the window and performing an outstanding safety recall, the mechanic noticed something unusual with the water pump which led to its replacement. I was told that the coolant reservoir was basically empty so had the mechanic not spotted the problem, I could have faced a serious engine problem in a matter of hours or days. Many thanks to the mechanic who spotted the problem! Adam McCallum welcomed me as a first-time customer and Karen Campbell kept me well-informed of the progress of the repairs during the course of the day as they had to keep the car longer than originally planned. The loaner 2016 ES350 was kind of nice to drive for a day too! More
