In the summer of 2012, when my Ford Escape braked down I decided to go with Toyota. I had pretty good deal worked out with Toyota in London Ont. for FJ Cruiser. Before singing up for the car my wife and I s decided to go with Toyota. I had pretty good deal worked out with Toyota in London Ont. for FJ Cruiser. Before singing up for the car my wife and I stop at Lexus of London (I did promise my wife, that I will buy her next time a Lexus RX, if we will have to get a new car ). She did not hold me to that promise, and said, that we can go with FJ. Mat Granger in the sales department was knowledgeable and helpful. I felt welcome and at home working with Mat and know that he truly went above and beyond to get things done for me. Now when I am coming for RX`s service he always have a moment for me. All staff at Lexus OF LONDON is very friendly and welcoming. Alan Calvert's friendliness, professionalism and welcoming demeanor always make you feel like you're someone special. He goes out of his way to come and greet you at the door each and every time. And he remembers your name. As well, both Karen and Lindsey in the service department have been an absolute pleasure. They are always so courteous and friendly. As a matter of fact, everyone at the Lexus of London dealership have been amazing. Went in to have a tire repaired on my IS250. While waiting talked to AJ about getting on a list for my 'dream car' the IS250 convertible (used). There happened to be one that had just come in and sinc waiting talked to AJ about getting on a list for my 'dream car' the IS250 convertible (used). There happened to be one that had just come in and since my tire wasn't ready I agreed to take it for a test drive. So long story short I traded my 2007 IS250 for my dream car, an IS250 convertible! Since I bought it in December, I am very much looking forward to the good weather to put that roof down and enjoy it! Both of the lexus cars I have had so far have been the best drive I've enjoyed. I've had it into the service department for a few hiccups and they have been more than accommodating and are a wonderful staff to deal with. I'm trying to talk my husband into buying a Lexus now. We knew we wanted a luxury SUV and were comparing BMW, Mercedes with Lexus. With Stephanie's Shearsby's help, we were confident in choosing the RX350 over the rest. Joe Mazzella was thorough in his review of the financing. We have been driving this vehicle for over 6 months and love it. Each time we have been in for servicing, it has been a delight... being attended to with care and respect.... right down to silencing a small noise in the door and supplying a courtesy car if needed. If Stephanie was around, she always took time to chat.... such a nice touch! The only complaint is that the Owner's Guide is huge ;-) More

On entering the dealership we were met by Tom Hiscott. We had not intended to purchase a vehicle only to take a look at used RX350 models. Tom was very helpful and worked very hard to find us something s We had not intended to purchase a vehicle only to take a look at used RX350 models. Tom was very helpful and worked very hard to find us something suitable. We were even allowed to take a couple of models for a test drive, without the sales representative. We ended up making a purchase and we discussed our part exchange. Eventually we agreed on the cost to change and then Tom made a note of all the items we wanted to have ready on our chosen vehicle. The following week we arrived at the dealership and we were amazed at the fantastic job that had been done to prepare our car. It was in showroom condition, it looked like new, not 3 years old. The customer service was fantastic, a lot of effort went into ensuring the vehicle met out expectations and more. Tom was friendly and helpful and also discussed the options for after sales service. The cost to change was slightly more than we had budgeted however the vehicle is great and we would definitely recommend Lexus London, especially Tom Hiscott. Great job Lexus London A*. More
