Great experience We had been interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle. We visited BMW, Mercedes, jaguar, and Lexus. Although we had never purchased a luxury vehicle before we were made comfortable immediately. From the moment we arrived, the facilities were top notch and the service we received was great. Rob was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the vehicles he showed us. Above all, he wasn't pushy and made sure we had all of the info we needed to make our purchasing decision. He gave us a quote on the vehicle, we came back with a counter-offer which he excepted immediately. We now a proud owner of a 2018 RX350 and very pleased with the purchasing experience. We were given a total tutorial of the car in which we learned a lot. (cant remember the guy's name but he was very thorough and professional) Rob contacted us a week later to follow-up to see if we had any additional questions. Excellent service and the coffee is great too! Rick Watson has a way of making you feel comfortable during one of the processes that many of us dread, buying a car. Rick walked me through the vario Rick Watson has a way of making you feel comfortable during one of the processes that many of us dread, buying a car. Rick walked me through the various options and helped determine what was most important for my lifestyle. He was able to find what I was looking for, in the colour I wanted and had it prepared for my test drive. He was with me throughout the process, with the exception of the couple of times he was making some arrangements for the accessories I ordered and left me by their amazing coffee machine. I liked the French Vanilla coffee and the cappuccino. I think if they found a way to put one of those coffee machines in a car they would have a winner. Rick is well skilled at helping people like me, in a no pressure environment, to determine what I need with a wide variety of finance and leasing options. In a few days the tow package, window tint, and side mouldings had been installed and it was pick up day. Rick introduced me to a wonderful young lady, Natalie Marsh, who spent all the time I needed to walk through the delivery of the car. I can't believe the amount of convenience and safety features that are built into these cars now. Natalie walked me through how to turn features on and off, set up my phone to work through the car, set up my favourite radio channels, and on and on. I wanted to better understand the engine stop/start feature of when the car comes to a stop and the engines shuts off briefly, so we went for a test drive. Apparently this new feature saves fuel so thats a good thing, but it can be concerning if you don't know what is happening. Natalie also demonstrated how to adjust the rear door opening height to accommodate the garage door, which allows for a better fit when you get home. All in all, my experience with Rick, Natalie and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was professional, thorough, and very positive. The only downside, is that I seem to be craving their specialty coffees, so either I visit the dealership frequently or buy a new coffee machine:) More
