They really bend over backwards to make sure everything is taken care of in a first rate manner. The staff is extremely helpful and very courteous. We also greatly appreciate the loaner car while our vehicle is being serviced. It is especially helpful because we live over an hour from the dealership and need to be able to get some things done while the car is in for service. We have had our Lexus for two years and thanks to the quality of the car and the quality of the dealership we have thoroughly enjoyed our vehicle. More

Everyone was helpful in locating the car with the options desired. Offered loaner car until car was available. Car delivered at home in perfect condition.
