Everyone very freindly. Service was good. Did not finish job no parts. This was the 3rd time for one issue and 2 Nd for another issue. Again I have to return to dealership to get items repaired . Six months job no parts. This was the 3rd time for one issue and 2 Nd for another issue. Again I have to return to dealership to get items repaired . Six months ago they said brakes would get done next visit. Snag me in me for expecting to get completed. Now again I have to go back to dealership. You would think they would be ready for you. Little disappointed that I have to return again to get repeated job done again. This dealership has not completed the job. It is a Lexus dealership I would have expected more. This is reason for 3 stars. Again people friendly service on time just not completed . More
