She dealt with Rick W. and when I decided to make a purchase I went to see him. I really liked my daughters vehicle so I wanted to purchase the same. Rick was, as expected, very personable and professional. On the day my wife and I picked up our NX300, Kevin G. spent a lot of time explaining all of the features and how to use them. My daughter said he was a saint because he was so patient with us. We were very pleased with the time he took with us. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Lexus to anyone. Service or Sales Only fixed part of the problem ,after repeated requests to find the noise in the back ...still no answer or explanation why no answer. Car runs worse now than when I brought it in for rear noise and check engine light. Was told brakes needed to be fixed ,ok but were not squeaking before inspection but certainly are now. Was told by advisor thar car was ok to drive but noise in the back (which the tech. never heard) makes my care very uncomfortable to drive. Won't put after market parts on a 20 year old car and oem parts cost more than the car is worth. Advisor kept telling me to use the cost of parts (well over $4000.00 ) for brakes alone as a down payment on used car. Service advisor or Salesman????? More
