I was particularly impressed with how thoroughly Rick sought out answers to question after question that I presented to him. He engaged other Lexus team members to provide information in their areas of specialty when appropriate and remained in constant communication with me as the process unfolded. From among nine luxury SUV makes and models that were under consideration this year, I was able to confidently choose the RX350 as my daily driver for the next 5-6 years. If the level of maintenance service during this time matches the sales experience, it's a "slam dunk" that this Lexus dealership will be part of that process too. More
