Lexus of London responded

Hi Raja, We apologize about this, but while a car is being repaired some issues that could not be seen in the previously are also unearthed. In this case , the technician found out the camber was still off indicating the control arm was bent, which had to be replaced. The right side front steering knuckle was bent as well, but the repair was declined. That is why the quote was off, We only work on the repair which is authorized by the customer.
