Had a wonderful experience buying a used car from this dealership. Jordan was extremely helpful, honest and accommodating during our visit and made buying our first car very easy! Everyone from Service Rep, Receptionist, General Mgr, Sales Rep, Accounting Mgr were technically knowledgeable, courteous, professional and reasonably friendly. I traded in a 2013 Lexus RX350 for a 2018 Sales Rep, Accounting Mgr were technically knowledgeable, courteous, professional and reasonably friendly. I traded in a 2013 Lexus RX350 for a 2018 Lexus RX350. I found latter stages of our negotiations a little gruff, detached and absent of sensitivity. When the Manager would no longer move on my trade in value or his sale price, he said "Perhaps this car is not for you and you should look for another one". If that was his negotiating strategy, it was a dismal Public Relations move. That statement was condescending and should not have been said. I know the car I want and I know what I'd pay for that car at the end of the day. More
