Service intake was smooth and quick. One Service advisor was busy finishing up so the other one took me immediately. Appreciated!! Asked for loaner with only two days notice. Miscommunication from start to finish. Always blown away by Lexus - not this time. Very sour experience. Too bad. Waited for loaner, booked oil change $90, was given inspection (miscommunication), asked fo by Lexus - not this time. Very sour experience. Too bad.
