She was very thorough and very efficient in getting everything together for our purchase. This is our second Lexus purchase from Lexus of London and we have been very pleased with every service experience we have had there over the past few years as well. We also were very delighted to have Lauren help us prepare for our pick up day with necessary financial information and Thomas helping to order the snow tires and rims before our pick up day. Service at Lexus of London has always been excellent. Must not forget to mention Tiffany! She was amazing in showing and telling about a multitude of new features on our new vehicle and we look forward to talking and learning from her again.
