We were looking for a new or slightly experienced luxury vehicle and did all the usual spots. Despite COVID safeguards that encourages an appointment, we showed up unannounced and to our benefit, Jordan Fe vehicle and did all the usual spots. He was super friendly, no pressure style, great product knowledge, and was so kind to Lisa about her "seat style" preference! Jordan referred us to a colleague that could help us should we return on his day off and followed up to ensure our needs were met.
