These are strange times, and even in the best of times going to a dealership was akin to going to the dentist. I have to say we drove an hour to get to London from Waterloo and we were not disappointed. K going to a dealership was akin to going to the dentist. I have to say we drove an hour to get to London from Waterloo and we were not disappointed. Kevin was amazing....in fact saving us money during negotiations to our benefit. No pressure....extremely professional, and to top it off, as Lexus was showing my wife how to use the features of her new car, I mentioned to Kevin how when we head home, because of the weather I'd need to wash my car, (because weather was extremely dodgy that day), he offered to get it washed right there, while I was waiting. Above and beyond! Most stress free purchase ever.....and I've been driving and purchasing cars since I was 16......so over 40 years! My only regret is that we are an hours drive from Lexus of London.......or else all my servicing would be done there. And lastly, the dreaded meeting with the Financial Services Manager (Thomas)......turned out to be a great experience.....no pressure....great information.....and really was looking out for us. Amazing. Will definitely drive an hour for that kind of experience again. Lexus of London rocks!! More
