Great buying experience This was my second experience buying at this dealership which kind of says it all. Right from sales, to finance, to delivery, my new jeep is perfect for me. All involved listened to what I wanted in a new vehicle and therefore I ended up with exactly that. They were thorough and efficient all at the same time. Oh and if anyone out there has always wanted a jeep wrangler but is afraid , you really need to test drive the new ones. They are an amazing luxury ride and I can't imagine driving anything else. There was no "pressure sales techniques" but rather helpful information allowing us to make our decsion. The paper work was done efficently with no hidden "surprises". The business office explained our choices of various extended coverages and other options avaiable again in a very professional manner. When we came to pick up our vehicle we were greeted by the owner and thanked for dealing at Leduc Chrysler. Then Christina gave us a very informative tutorial of the features of our new vehicle which we found very helpful. The vehicle was very cleaned, filled with gas and ready to come home. All in all a great experience. More
