Terrible Customer Service Called into this dealership talked to Brad McDonald. Inquired about a new Grand Cherokee. He said there are some on the lot. Drove from the west en Called into this dealership talked to Brad McDonald. Inquired about a new Grand Cherokee. He said there are some on the lot. Drove from the west end of Edmonton. When we arrive we go out to the parking lot to discover there wasn't any on the lot. He located one in Stettler. I agreed to let him know by closing 6p.m. that day if I was interested. Let him know via text at 545 and no response to this. Never heard from him again. He claims not to be pushy but no money that day and he's done with you. He spends most of the time with you saying "don't worry I'll take care of you" when he really doesn't. Terrible salesman that doesn't deserve your money or time. More

Brad worked with us for a few days prior to our visit to help us pick the right vehicle. When we decided to go in and take a look, Brad saw my fiancee and I right away. We went for a test drive and immediately fell in love with the Jeep we chose. Brad was amazing to work with, he was very friendly and was willing to work with us to make sure we got a good deal on the Jeep and our trade in. We went back in the next day to buy the Jeep and Natalia helped set up the financing for us; we couldn't be happier. She was very friendly and funny, we felt like we understood our options and that she was really looking out for us. Christina made sure to guide us through all the features and settings on the Jeep before we left. She was a lot of fun to work with and we never felt rushed even with the time needed to go over everything. Overall, Leduc Chrysler made us feel like we were in very good hands when buying our first car. The employees here aren't just looking to sell you a vehicle, they're trying to sell you the right vehicle for you and thats what puts them above other dealerships. More
