Right from the start helping me choose a vehicle that suits my needs and making sure it's exactly what I like in a vehicle . Then helping me get the best possible financing availible . It doesn't stop there after the purchase the service department takes care of you and treats you with a special client relationship. Bar none the best service department I've had to deal with . I don't usually rate 5 stars on anything but I haven't been able to find anything wrong with any part of the experience. All 3 times . I'll keep going back if I need something else . More

Should have come here first! We were looking for a used Jeep, so we decided to go around to several different dealerships. The cleanliness and quality of vehicles we kept finding We were looking for a used Jeep, so we decided to go around to several different dealerships. The cleanliness and quality of vehicles we kept finding was just frustrating, and to add to this we dealt with one slick pushy salesperson after another. After being unable to find anything and being forced to give up all our personal information just to have a dealership try to find a vehicle for us, we decided it was time to quit and go home. We decided to stop in at Leduc Chrysler as it was on our way. Corey was friendly, easy going, knowledgeable, and didn't push us or try to get us to sign anything. The dealership was busy, the employees happy and friendly. Nothing like the previous places we stopped at. We found our jeep, actually buying new and love it!! We won't ever go anywhere else, and wish we had just come here in the first place. More

FREE Service I popped in to see if something could be done to our locks on our 2008 Jeep Liberty. I would always have to click unlock twice on our remote or from t I popped in to see if something could be done to our locks on our 2008 Jeep Liberty. I would always have to click unlock twice on our remote or from the control on our door to let anyone out (Very cumbersome). The lady, Judy at the service desk, came out with me to have a look as she figured it would be able to be change from the "info centre" in the vehicle when key was in the ignition. Judy discovered our model did not have the info centre feature. She asked if she could bring it in to have a tech, Marco look at it. I waited at the service counter for about 5-10 minutes. She returned my vehicle and told me, Marco had to hook it up to his computer to change the memory as to how our locks would work. The problem was fixed, everyone can now get out when I either open my door or manually touch unlock, once! Judy did not charge me for this service. Have to say, I was expecting to have to book an appointment as well as pay for a minimum labour fee for the dealership to have a peek at my problem. Thanks for the great customer service. More
