We have been back for follow up service to Langley Chrysler and dealt with the service rep, Gloria. Between her and Steve nothing was a bother or too much to ask for. He even helped us to program in our phones as well. He deserves an A+.. We were not at happy with our previous truck which we had purchased brand new from them a year and a half ago but all is good now. He handled a very upset lady extremely well. LOL. All of the many visits to the service department over the last year and a half have always been very good. They were all always very pleasant and tried hard to help rectify all the problems. We will go back again and are contented customers. More
