I had a deal with Samir, one of the sales whom I will recommend you guys to deal with, for doing what he can to lower my payments. I went to several dealerships before going here which everyone should do before purchasing a car so you guys can compare prices. They offered me a high number at first but since i have done my research I was able to negotiate and get the car at the price I am happy with. I got the car on the same day but failed to sign the paperworks for financing because I went there late. When I came back to sign the paperworks for the financing they told me that the price I am paying will increase for 4bucks because the value of the car for 0% was higher because I traded a car so the interest rate will go up. I did not want to pay 4bucks more so the financial person said they will give me a discount (they should have explained this before i got the car). They did gave me a discount but I am paying 30cents more than the price I originally agreed on (I just want to get it over with). So, I suggest do your research, go to multiple dealerships , be firm with the number your negotiating with and got to Samir. (Sorry I only got your first name) and let him do the rest and you will be okay with purchasing the vehicle. More

Braydon was very friendly and patient as we discussed what I was looking for. He was able to provide excellent advice and suggestions. Overall the experience at this dealership was top notch and I really enjoyed all the staff members that I interacted with. What a great experience, I would strongly suggest that anyone looking for a car stop by and demand to speak with Braydon! More

Well Done!! Overall I was more than happy with the dealership and the employees I had contact with. There is a fine line between being overly friendly, which comes off as fake and an obvious act, and not friendly enough, appearing uncaring and disinterested. Norm did a great job. After the initial uneasiness, knowing that I was about to spend a lot of money, and not wanting to pay way more than I had to on perceived inflated prices, Norm was able to settle my nerves. Norm negotiated fairly and did his best to make me feel good about the deal. In the end, Norm is someone I could see staying in contact with and not hesitate to send a friend to see about a vehicle. The managers I spoke with, Steve and Mike, were very easy to talk to and Janine the finance manager was super friendly and walked us through all the paperwork. More

My sales-rep was Tommy Marsh and He has a heart for the customer. I really appreciated the over the top treatment and great deal I got. I practiced my Haggling and got the best deal with more perks and frills than I thought I would get. It was the little extras and royal treatment that I liked most because you don't get that very often anymore. I am now driving around in my Ram 3500 and loving it. More
