Total scam Absolute worst place I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service. They were supposed to mail me something almost 3 months ago and still haven't. The boys in the sales department are not trained well enough in customer service at all. Well that was easy! We got more than we asked for at the price we wanted and the process was transparent and pleasant. OVERPRICED AND WORK DONE THAT WAS NOT NEEDED I was charged over $600 for a new thermostat ($16 on Amazon) and a coolant flush at $240 which a mechanic I know said was totally unnecessary.
