dead battery caused key etc. not working Fantastic service. My battery died and alarm went off when i tried to open car. called Erika at Lakewood and she told me it may that my car battery Fantastic service. My battery died and alarm went off when i tried to open car. called Erika at Lakewood and she told me it may that my car battery could be drained. Erika also gave more ideas eg. remote battery to be replaced. None of this worked but after getting battery boosted drove to Lakewood and they looked after me with new battery and programmed a new key for me to replace damaged one. I was tremendously impressed with their service yet again. I have been getting my 2011 Cruze serviced there for 7 years. Brian More
