It was a great experience, nice selection of vehicles to choose from, friendly/clean environment, postive staff members. Did not feel that "pushy pressure" where the salesman cares more about making a sale than making there client happy. More

Pleasant experience I’ve been driving ford for a number of years but after having nothing but issues with my last ford I decided to make a switch. I pulled into Lakewood I’ve been driving ford for a number of years but after having nothing but issues with my last ford I decided to make a switch. I pulled into Lakewood Chevrolet and was met by Curtis when walking the lot,he was very low key and no pressure he seemed genuinely interested in my experiences with ford and although he didn’t bash ford he led me to believe that they could do better. We picked out a truck I liked and I told him what I expected for a trade in on my current vehicle and after looking at my current vehicle in their service bay for a few minutes I was somewhat shocked when he came back with a value on my trade in higher than I had asked for, at that point I knew I was dealing with an honest salesperson backed by an honest dealership and went ahead with the purchase. I even tried changing my mind the next day after spotting another truck I really liked, when I called Curtis to tell him there may be a change instead of saying it was too late or arguing he reseached the other vehicle that I was interested in and gave me a few reasons why he thought I wouldn’t like it I and after careful review I agreed and went with the original purchase. I think it’s also important to note when i called. the dealership when I thought I wanted to make the change Curtis was on his day off but took my call on his cell anyway. Very impressed with the buying experience here. More
