Spent some time looking at them and a couple of sales people passed by me - it took a while for a sales person to engage me. Once I got speaking to Aaron he was quick to get me a test drive once he realized I was a serious buyer. Finally we discussed the merits of pre-ordering vs buying an in stock car, and with the deal I got on the car, it was an easy decision to take the one sitting on the lot. The price and the car were better than what I would have ordered. Aaron has kept in contact and ensured I was happy with the purchase. More

He made sure that those folks that I worked with answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and he asked if there was anything else that they could do for me, the customer. Back on the road! I purchased my last vehicle from Lakewood Chev and had such a great experience that it was my first stop when I decided to look for a new car. When I arrived at the dealership, I was quickly greeted by Mike, who listened to what my needs were and matched me with my Cruze. Throughout the test drive, Mike was knowledgeable about the vehicle and easily answered all of my questions. When crunching the numbers with Dan, he was honest and straightforward about what the price of the vehicle would be and what my financing options were. Both Mike and Dan seemed genuinely interested in getting me the best deal on this car and did not put any pressure on me to make my decision in the moment. For the final step, I worked with Erin in the finance department. She presented add-on options in a manner that was informative but not pushy. She was very efficient and organized and made the financing process a lot less stressful. The crew at Lakewood made me feel welcome, valued, and respected. I am happy with my new car and with my decision to return to this specific dealership for the purchase. I have no hesitations recommending Lakewood Chevrolet to friends or family considering a new car purchase. More
