Linda was my sales person, and she helped me get pre-approval for my vehicle right away with the help of the finance manager of course, but they both did such an amazing job, seeing as I had to drive 4 hours away to get this thing, they made the experience worth every penny, and my time. I have never tried so hard to buy a new vehicle I spoke with Jim multiple times - and he committed to me on many different occasions, to provide me with a price the next day. Well every next day would pass - with no estimate. I repeatedly called / emailed - and he would follow up with another false commitment. I have purchased two vehicles here previously - and was hoping to purchase a third. Each vehicle has been brand new - between the 70 to 80 thousand dollar mark. Currently looking for a 2016 or 2017 Tahoe - Premier. Its really disappointing - because of the great previous success. Also - the proximity to Summerside is great. I will now take my business elsewhere. Update - after I reviewed the service on Dealerrater - Jim contacted me to see if I would still be interested in dealing with him after the several false commitments ( apologetic manner) . I said sure (glutton) - one more chance. He sent me a build - I replied with one modification request - and never heard from him again! More
