My first time there I was in touch with Dan Boulet from the service department. He was a consummate professional, and was very helpful with my first issue. There was some noise coming from the dash, and Dan had the service technicians do a thorough inspection of the dash, and identify an issue with mounting, that was then resolved. I appreciated that level of service, and thought perhaps I got "lucky" to be treated so great, the first time in. I've had to see Dan since then, and I now realize it wasn't that I was lucky to receive the wonderful treatment the first time, it's Dan's commitment to exceptional customer service every time. He is always willing to discuss the issues in detail, and has been more than accommodating in ensuring that my time without my vehicle is not a hindrance.
