Well worth the trip, no pressure sales team. Not only did we find what we were looking for, a week later we decided we loved the model, the Fusion Titanium, but didn't like the colour, so we came back and traded it in for a year newer fully loaded model and true to Michael's word, the swap was seamless. All other car salesmen could benefit from following Michael around for a day because his style, attitude and sense of humour is very refreshing compared to the agents we dealt with before coming to Keywest. There was absolutely no sales pressure and we were never rushed or pushed into anything, we told him what we wanted and he bent over backwards to make it happen, no detail was overlooked, right down to programming our navigation system to get us back to the ferry terminal.
