This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. But for me and my family, it has turned into a stressful and painful ordeal. I purchased an electric vehicle from a local dealership, trusting their promises and believing I was making a responsible investment. Soon after driving off the lot, the car began to break down — repeatedly. Despite contacting the dealership multiple times, I was met with indifference. They’ve made it clear they won’t take responsibility for the vehicle’s ongoing issues. What’s worse is that I didn’t even receive the car I originally placed a deposit on. The dealership gave me a different vehicle without proper explanation. I now believe they knowingly sold me a defective car simply to get it off their lot — and counted on the fact that I couldn’t afford to take legal action. This situation has placed a heavy emotional and financial burden on me and my family, including my 11-year-old son. We depend on this vehicle for everyday life — and instead, we’ve been left with unreliability, frustration, and a complete lack of support from the business that sold it to us. I’m speaking out because I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. If you're in the market for a car, especially an EV, please be cautious. Do your research, ask hard questions, and don’t assume good faith from everyone selling vehicles. I hope sharing my story helps others avoid the hardship we’ve faced. More

This place has shown a complete lack of integrity when it comes to honoring the prices they advertise. What’s even more concerning is their lack of understanding about how electric vehicles (EVs) operate, especially regarding timing systems and functionality. That level of inexperience should not exist in a dealership selling EVs. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from them — especially an EV — I strongly recommend doing your research, asking detailed questions, and getting everything in writing. It may save you from the frustration I’ve had to endure. More

We purchased a maintenance plan specifically allowing changes up to 60 days after. When we tried to increase our distance, we were first told by Brooke in Finance to come back Thursday, then to come back "after month end", then most recently that they can't change anything, only cancel and repurchase. We reached out respectfully to cancel an extended warranty and GAP coverage. The same Finance Manager's words after a week of trying to follow up: "We are far too big of a company to be trying to keep a small amount like this". We just wanted to understand what was happening with the cancellation as there had been no confirmation from anyone. More
Had an amazing experience with my car repair yesterday. Courtney, my service advisor, arranged for a ride home for me, and ordered a taxi to pick me up at home. No charge. I have nothing but gratefulness for the sales manager.
