Helped me right away, didn't charge me anything. I had a small dent on the side of my Fiat but it prevented the door from opening properly. If you are a women they will con you I used to go to this dealership. They were amazing ( at first ) until they get your money. For example: I bought the extended warranty for my used 2 I used to go to this dealership. They were amazing ( at first ) until they get your money. For example: I bought the extended warranty for my used 2008 Jeep Patriot and I went there all the time for annual oil changes. If you didn't know already, this model is famous for needed to have it's ball joints replaced ( and at a hefty cost too) the extended warranty was to cover that should it need replacement. Every time I went to get an oil change I always asked " What is the current condition of the ball joints?" they always said it was good. I kid you not the next time I went there my warranty JUST expired 20km ago and all of a sudden "the ball joints are in poor condition and need replacing" I wish I could stop there. Also, I went to this dealership to investigate a noise that was coming from the engine area. THEY WENT AHEAD and worked on my vehicle WITHOUT MY CONSENT and then slapped me a bill and expected me to pay for a service I did not authorize. This is illegal and unethical. I let the manager know and all I got was a couple of free oil changes on the house. What a joke. More
Taking customer service to a whole new level I had my 2015 Dodge Viper that I purchased from Islington, in for a minor recall. All of the staff at Islington Chrysler are very professional. Great sales department but below average service department Really pleased with way sales department. On other hand Service department is appointment based but even after you go in with appointment vehicle is n Really pleased with way sales department. On other hand Service department is appointment based but even after you go in with appointment vehicle is not touched for hours. Even a regular oil changes takes 2 hours plus. If you plan to come here to get vehicle serviced be prepared to wait for 3-4 hours minimum. Will never recommend coming here for getting vehicle serviced. More
Emergency Tire repair We had an emergency tire repair needed, as our tire stem valve stuck to the cap and when we loosened the cap, all the air came streaming out. I had filled the tire best i could with our compressor, and got another cap on to get to the dealer. When I got there, Elvin and Calvin got my truck in right away so the tire wouldn't go totally flat and possibly ruin the tire and/or rim. Just like all our maintenance visits, they got me in and taken care of as quickly as possible, and, everything was completed, and charged, as promised, No hidden costs or issues. Being in a situation where our truck was basically stuck, and in jeopardy of further, more expensive, costs to us, the service department took care of us as quickly as possible, with the utmost compassion to our concerns, as they always do. Considering this was a small charge, and other more expensive jobs they could be doing and making more money, the urgency of our issue, to make sure of no further damage, was more important than making more money. That is hard to find nowadays, and is greatly appreciated. Great job as always, everyone in the service department More
