Routine Servicing & Winter Tire Installation I had arranged an appointment to bring in my 300C for routine servicing and new winter tire on rim installation. The vehicle was serviced within the I had arranged an appointment to bring in my 300C for routine servicing and new winter tire on rim installation. The vehicle was serviced within the hour as promised by Calvin. Pat had arranged through Donato earlier in the week a quote for new winter tires, steels rims plus installation. Accepting the quote, the winter tires were readied prior to the scheduled servicing. Servicing was seamless and completed without a hitch. Great team work on the part of these gentlemen to accommodate the needs of the customer. The mechanic also deserves favourable mention for completion of the work in a timely fashion. More

Superb Service!!!!! We brought our vehicle in a few times to do warranty work and recalls on our vehicle, we had a very good experience and fast friendly service. Recentl We brought our vehicle in a few times to do warranty work and recalls on our vehicle, we had a very good experience and fast friendly service. Recently we have been bringing are car in for oil and filter change and I must say....Excellent Customer Service and the vehicle was done within half hour. I am very pleased and I will continue to bring in our vehicle and the service I had from Calvin Damian was SUPERB!!!! They have a great team Shane Bertolacci and Service Manager Elvin Etcubanez. If you want your vehicle to run properly, I suggest you bring your car here....Great People!! More

Awesome, second to no one!! I must confess that I am very picky when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Over the years my trust in the service department at Islington has never fa I must confess that I am very picky when it comes to servicing my vehicle. Over the years my trust in the service department at Islington has never faltered. Serge, Calvin and Shane are always welcoming and thorough in explaining the necessary and completed repairs. Recently, I had just completed some grocery shopping and was a short distance from the dealership when the check engine light illuminated. Not knowing how serious it might be, I made a U turn, and arrived at the dealership unscheduled. Nevertheless, Serge assured me it would be investigated to determine the problem. Not only that, but he also placed my groceries in the fridge so nothing would spoil while I was waiting. How can you beat that for service??? You should also know that Elvin the service manager is always available to discuss any clarification you might seek. I am without doubt a repeat and satisfied customer. Respectfully, Stefan More
