Unfulfilled promises. After 2 hours going back and forth we couldn't agree on the price. Than we shook hands and said goodbye to each other. An hour later they called me and tried to convince me once again. Didn't happened. And another phone call when I was already home, saying to come back now if I want to make any deal. I said No, because it was already late and we were tired. I was asked again to come back on Monday. I did not want to waste my time so Monday morning I sent an e-mail with details of the car what we exactly want and my maximum available payment. Stating that please let me know only if we can make this deal with the amount what I provided above. Making sure that everything is clear ! Afternoon I got a call saying Ok let's do this deal. When we got there they showed me the car what I want and than again they come back with higher monthly payment or a down payment. Once again is not what I wrote in the e-mail and they said YES to it. I dragged my 6 year's old after school and my wife from the other side of town just to hear the same old -we need higher monthly payment or down payment . Unfortunately, that is our story.......
