Mo was knowledgeable, fair, honest and friendly. Integrity means a lot to Kathryn and I and we were on guard. Mo did not put a foot wrong. He handed us the keys to the car and was content to let us sit and try out the features for as long as we wanted. We had already driven the car and just wanted to see how it felt. We knew what we were willing to pay and what we wanted for our trade and we were able to make a deal that we felt was fair. Working with Mo, then Keelan and finally Ingrid the entire experience was positive. When we went to take delivery Mo made sure we understood all the features of the car and wouldn't leave until we ran out of questions. There are a lot of dealers who say they care about their customers; Islington Chrysler said that and they backed it up. I would recommend them without hesitation. More

He tried to sell me a vehicle with serious safety issues, and when I declined his offer, he became agressive, uttering threats and keep my $1,000 deposit for himself. I hadn't other options than to inform the authorities and the case is now under investigation. The dealership owner should reassess this employee's behavior. More
