Worst service department in the GTA!!! Today was the last straw! They insist on appointment for routine oil change, so I have an appointment for 8:30am. Get there at 8:15 and tell Ana the service advisor that I need the car back by noon. 1pm comes no call, so I call. Car hasn't gone in yet!!!! xxx...why the appointment then! Ask for the service manager. Mark calles me and apologises as they were backed up from the previous day. THEN WHY NOT SAY THAT WHEN I SAY I NEED THE CAR FOR NOON. Now most good businesses would offer a discount or something...nope just a half assed excuse and barely an apology. I get a call around 3:30pm that it is ready. 7 hours for a oil change and rotate the tires. REALLY!!!! Then I have to take a cab because the shuttle driver was about to finish his shift. And this isn't the first time with them. Folk do you self a favour if you want reliability DON'T go to Islington Chrysler service. This place has lost my business. When I need a new car(which is soon) not coming here. The service department lost the sales department money. More

Joe was patient, thorough, understanding, and easy to get along with. He spent as much time with us as needed. At no time did he make us feel rushed. After we left to think it through, we had questions. Joe was quick to respond every time I emailed him. Trust me.......I did this a few times. We picked the truck up yesterday. My 24 Hour Wrangler I walked into Islington Chrysler and met with Mohammad Al-Barrak. I told him what I was looking for and he pulled up a Wrangler to test drive. We drove along and Mohammad Al-Barrak explained everything about the Jeep. He was the best salesman. Totally knowledgeable and not one ounce pushy! He was a dream to work with. We got back to the office and worked out a deal. It was contingent on me getting the truck in less than 24 hours and he told me that he would try his best to get it to me within that time, but to be reasonable, I was giving him less than 24 hours. The following day, in less than 24 hours from when I signed my deal I was at Islingon Chrysler and Mohammad Al-Barrak was handing me the keys to my brand new Wrangler. Of note: it was a Friday afternoon on a weekend where we were having full sunny days and +30 temps. I still can’t believe he was able to get me the keys before the weekend. He is MAGIC! I’m sure he had help from the rest of the staff at Islington Chrysler and I thank him and all of them for making this deal the most easy and enjoyable experience. More
