Everything went great , i got over the top service . I knew what I wanted to order and got great help with working out all the details from my salesmen. The car came early with ground effect missing and the salesmen assured me in would be kept inside and forwarded me pictures to assure me . How can you beat that. Yes I think I'm fussy when it comes to my vehicles but the salesmen detected this and looked after keeping my vehicle inside and safe. I was so happy it was Justin Parker I got as a sales person and when a vehicle is needed he will be my first call. Thanks. Justin More

Best buying experience in purchase history of 21 vehicles!!! 1. Huge amount of stock, both new and used. 2. Staff are experienced and very helpful in meeting your needs. 3. New vehicle purchase process was excellent, not wasting a lot of customer time. 4. No "sell-up" pressure whatsoever! 5. New vehicle was prepped and ready for delivery at app't time. 6. Absolutely no reason to take new vehicle back to "fix" problems - so far, during the first 1,000km, it has been fabulous - more than meets our expectations...and we were concerned moving from a 2009 Buick Lucerne to a 2017 Buick Lacrosse...no worries!!! 7. Sales person, Justin Parker, was very easy to talk to and we immediately knew that we could trust his experience and suggestions entirely. 8. So accommodating Words can not express how helpful and understanding Chuck and Susan were. They made the transition that my elderly parents are facing so seamless. I misunderstood pick up day ,on a vehicle that Chuck matched perfectly to them. These two people,(and am sure plenty behind the scene that I don't know) went above and beyond to make it possible for my mother to get her new vehicle.that day,on short notice. Chuck and Susan were so patient and professional to them....explained everything and took the time from the financial end to explaining the vehicle to older clients.. Made them feel valued and not marginalized as is so common the practise these days. We truly appreciate everything Susan and Chuck did. Thank you! More

Loving my Buick! There’s not too many people that can put a smile on your face like Chuck Erb can! I never feel overstretched or under pressure to purchase, just welcome to take a look-see at the numerous vehicles on the HMP lot and as a result I leave riding in the best fit a gal can ask for! I think that man might have the patience of Job! Going down the hall to Susan Riddle just becomes the icing on a cake! She is knowledgeable, beyond efficient and that Girl is loads of fun making handing over the cash a painless experience! Then there's Jeff Heywood making sure you get the entire experience in Customer Service Extraordinaire with a Buick that's road worthy beyond! I just might be have the cutest Buick around!
